Terms of Service

These cover your use of Stone Relic’s products and stonerelic.net. We make Relic Timer on iOS, and Dedicated at dedicatedtolove.org. No account is needed for either, and using them means you agree to these terms.

Use our products thoughtfully. Don’t use them to harass, deceive, impersonate, or break the law. For Dedicated, only send a message to someone who’d be glad to hear from you.

When you schedule a dedication, Dedicated sends one SMS to the recipient on your behalf: one message per dedication, nothing recurring, no marketing. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, and standard message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel a scheduled dedication any time before it sends, from the link returned to you when you scheduled it. To remove any other data we hold, email us at the address below.

Our products are provided as is. SMS delivery depends on mobile carriers, which can filter or delay messages outside our control, so we can’t guarantee it. Our liability is limited to what you’ve paid us, which is currently nothing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may revise these terms over time. Continued use means you’re accepting the changes.
